I gave a talk at the Flatiron Institute on a unified complexity analysis of annealing, based on the two papers Provable Benefit of Annealed Langevin Monte Carlo for Non-log-concave Sampling (ICLR’25) and Complexity Analysis of Normalizing Constant Estimation: from Jarzynski Equality to Annealed Importance Sampling and beyond (ICLR’26).
